Can family members see each other's check history?
They can see a summary in the shared family dashboard, but each member's detailed check history remains private to them. You're in control of what's visible.
What if a family member leaves or gets removed?
You can remove any family member from the dashboard anytime. Their access is revoked immediately. Their historical checks remain in your family records.
Can I upgrade from Limited to Unlimited?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime. We'll prorate the difference, so you only pay for the additional benefit for the remaining subscription period.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you're on monthly billing, it cancels immediately. If annual, your next renewal is stopped — no refunds on the unused portion.
