📋 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from AIScamGuard.io ("we", "our", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian consumer protection regulations.

📱 Our Products & Services

AIScamGuard offers three main product categories. Each has different terms:

1. Free Scam Detection Tool (/protect)

• What it is: Free AI-powered tool to analyze messages/links for scam indicators
• Limitation: 1 free check per person per 30 days
• No warranty: Tool is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy
• Usage: Educational analysis only, not legal or financial advice

2. Emergency Guide (₹399 one-time)

• What it is: Digital PDF guide with step-by-step UPI fraud recovery procedures
• Format: Instant download, no physical shipping
• License: Personal use + family sharing (not for commercial resale)
• Refund policy: See "Refund Policy" section below

3. SaaS Premium Web App Subscriptions

We offer premium web app plans with two pricing options (Annual or Monthly) and two user types (Individual or Family):

Individual Plans:

• Individual Limited: ₹3,299/year OR ₹299/month (25 checks per year/month, 1 user)
• Individual Unlimited: ₹8,999/year OR ₹999/month (unlimited checks, 1 user)

Family Plans (5 users):

• Family Limited: ₹6,999/year OR ₹799/month (25 checks per user per year/month, up to 5 users)
• Family Unlimited: ₹22,999/year OR ₹2,499/month (unlimited checks, up to 5 users)

What All Premium Plans Include:

• Unlimited or limited scam checks (based on plan)
• Check history and dashboard
• Priority email support (24-hour response)
• Individual or Family account management
• No setup fees or hidden charges

Billing & Auto-Renewal:

• Annual Plans: Single charge once per year, no auto-renewal needed after payment
• Monthly Plans: Charged monthly on the same date, auto-renews automatically
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via dashboard or contact support

📄 Nature of Products & Disclaimers

AIScamGuard offers informational and analytical tools only. They are not:

• Legal advice or legal representation
• Financial advice or investment guidance
• A substitute for professional counsel
• A guarantee of fraud prevention or fund recovery
• An official product of any bank, government agency, or regulatory body

AI Tool Accuracy Disclaimer

Our scam detection AI is trained on known scam patterns and achieves approximately 70-85% accuracy on common fraud types. However:

• New scam types may not be detected
• Legitimate messages may occasionally be flagged as risky
• No AI tool is 100% accurate
• Always verify with official sources before trusting the analysis

💰 Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once products have been accessed or downloaded.

Emergency Guide Refund (₹399)

Full refund is issued ONLY in these specific circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the guide
• You were charged more than the displayed price due to a technical error
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order

NOT eligible for refund: Changed your mind, didn't like content, decided not to use it, or satisfaction issues.

SaaS Premium Refund (Individual & Family Plans)

• Annual Plans: No refunds after purchase (annual commitment)
• Monthly Plans: No refund for the current month once charged (but cancel to stop next billing)
• Exception: Refund issued if service was completely unavailable for 24+ consecutive hours

Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible):

• Use our Contact page within 7 days of purchase
• Include payment reference number and reason
• Eligible refunds processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method

💳 SaaS Subscription Terms

Annual Plans (All Types)

• Billing: Single charge at purchase, valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Renewal: No auto-renewal (you choose to renew or let expire)
• Cancellation: Access continues for the full 12-month period even if you request cancellation
• No refunds: Annual commitment cannot be refunded (exception: service unavailability as noted above)

Monthly Plans (All Types)

• Billing: Charged on the same day each month (auto-renew)
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via dashboard or contact support
• Access after cancellation: Access continues until end of current billing period
• No refunds: Once charged for a month, no refund for current month (next billing stops after cancellation)

Family Plan Special Terms

• Up to 5 users: Account owner can invite up to 4 other family members
• Individual logins: Each family member gets their own secure login credentials
• Add/remove members: Account owner can add or remove family members anytime
• Privacy: Each member's check history is private to them (account owner can see overview)
• One family plan: Each plan covers 1 family group, not multiple groups

Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee service availability. We are not liable for:

• Temporary downtime for maintenance or updates
• Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
• Any losses incurred due to service unavailability

🔐 Account Responsibility

If you create a premium account:

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must not share your account login with others (one account per person, unless Family Plan account owner)
• Family Plan owners are responsible for inviting authorized family members only
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@aiscamguard.io

We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

🤝 Partnership & API Terms

For organizations interested in integrating AIScamGuard's API:

API Access Agreement

• All API partnerships require a separate written agreement
• API key is non-transferable and tied to your organization only
• You agree not to share API keys publicly or with competitors
• Rate limits apply (details in API documentation)
• Data submitted via API is handled per our Privacy Policy

SLA & Uptime

Revenue Share & Payments

• Revenue share percentages determined in partnership agreement
• Payments made monthly via bank transfer or chosen method
• Minimum revenue threshold applies before payout (details in agreement)

All content on AIScamGuard.io is protected by Indian copyright law:

• Guide content, website design, AI models are our property
• You may use purchased content for personal/family use only
• Commercial resale or republication is prohibited without permission
• You may not modify or create derivative works

🚫 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use AIScamGuard to:

• Impersonate AIScamGuard, banks, government agencies, or police
• Create fraudulent content using our guides or brand
• Defraud or mislead others
• Scrape or copy website content without permission
• Violate any Indian law or regulation

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AIScamGuard.io is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds, whether or not you followed our guidance
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Inaccuracies in third-party information (bank numbers, government portals)
• Actions or inactions by banks, police, or cybercrime authorities
• Service downtime or unavailability
• Errors in AI scam detection analysis

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

🇮🇳 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

However, we encourage resolution via contact before legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

✏️ Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Changes are effective immediately upon posting with updated "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept updates.

🚨 Non-Affiliation

AIScamGuard.io is independent and NOT affiliated with:

• Any bank, NBFC, or financial institution
• RBI, NPCI, or government agencies
• UPI platforms, payment gateways, or telecom providers
• Law enforcement or cybercrime investigation bodies
